Jammu, Aug 18: Body of a civilian was recovered under mysterious circumstances in Chenani town of Udhampur district on Thursday.
Identified as Vanshu Bangotra of Roundmail Udhampur, the deceased was very active on social media against politicians, more so the leaders of a particular party.
