New Delhi: The Supreme Court has agreed to list a Special Leave Petition preferred on June 27, 2022, by Latif Magrey, father of Amir Magrey who was killed Hyderpora Encounter in Srinagar. “The SLP challenging order dated June 3, 2022 was mentioned by Senior Advocate Anand Grover before the vacation bench of Justices CT Ravikumar and Sudhanshu Dhuli, ” LiveLaw reported on Friday.
