Baramulla: Three soldiers have been injured in the ongoing gunfight in Malwah area of the Baramulla district.

Police in a statement said that the exact location of encounter in Malwah area.

“Exact location of encounter is Malwah area. In the initial exchange of fire, 03 soldiers recieved minor injuries,” Police informed through a tweet.

The gunfight erupted in the wee hours of Thursday and still is in progress.

Earlier police said that an encounter has started at Pariswani area of Baramulla and Budgam Police and Army are on the job.
