Srinagar: Union Minister MOS for Social Justice & Empowerment Narayan Swami on Monday visited Regional Composite Centre Bemina.
Swami was flanked by a dozen senior officers for the distribution of equipments to specially abled persons.
The equipment includes wheelchairs, sticks,hearing aids among other things.
The director regional CRC center was also present on the occasion.
The Mos also planted a tree in the regional CRC center.
