Srinagar: Police on Wednesday said that two more militants were killed in gunfight with joint team of police and CRPF in Nowgam area of Centre Kashmir’s Srinagar district, police said.

“02 more (militants) killed (Total 03). Incriminating materials including arms and ammunition recovered. Search going on. Further details shall follow,” police said in a tweet, adding, “The LeT/TRF (militants) were involved in the recent killing of Khanmoh’s Sarpanch Sameer Bhat, trapped in Nowgam encounter”.
