Srinagar, Feb 22: In yet another tragic incident of its kind, a 25-year-old youth was killed after hit by a train near Wanabal area of Rawalpora Rangreth in central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Tuesday.
Official sources said that the youth Zakir Ahmad Khatana son of Ghulam Ahmad Khatana of Lolab Kupwara was crossing the railway track when the train came and hit him. Zakir died on the spot, they said. There have been a number of such accidents just recently.
