J&K Reports 99 Fresh Covid-19 Cases, No Death

Srinagar, Nov 3: Jammu and Kashmir reported 99 fresh covid-19 cases even as there was no death due to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said on Wednesday.
Among the fresh cases, 18 were reported from Jammu Division and 81 from Kashmir, taking the overall tally to 332556.
After six deaths in last two days, there was no fresh fatality due to the virus during the last 24 hours, they said. So far 4438—2176 in Jammu and 2262 in Kashmir—have died due to the pathogen, they said.
Giving district wise details, the officials said that Srinagar reported 48 cases, Baramulla 11, Budgam 3, Pulwama 0, Kupwara 4, Anantnag 1, Bandipora 2, Ganderbal 12, Kulgam 0, Shopian 0, Jammu 9, Udhampur 0, Rajouri 2, Doda 4, Kathua 0, Samba 0, Kishtwar 0, Poonch 0, Ramban 2 and Reasi 1.
A number of these cases were confirmed at CD hospital’s diagnostic laboratory and include female (65) (NA) from Baramulla, female (40) (NA) from Rajbagh Sgr, female (27) (NA) from Gungoo Pulwama, female (33) (NA) from Sangarwani Pulwama, female (53) (NA) from Ratnipora Pulwama, male (62) (Na) from Peerbagh, male (30) (NA) from Dalgate, male (42) (NA) from Dalgate, male (43) (NA) from Kanipora and male (42) (NA) from Lasjan Sgr.
Moreover, 69 Covid-19 patients recovered during the time, seven from Jammu Division and 62 from Kashmir, they said.
So far 327172 patients have recovered, leaving active case tally at 946 —112 in Jammu and 834 in Kashmir.
They said there was no new confirmed case of mucormycosis (black fungus) reported today. So far 49 black fungus cases have been confirmed in J&K, the officials said.
The government also informed that 85,708 doses of covid-19 vaccine were administered during the time in J&K.
