Srinagar, Nov 1: The government on Monday ordered transfer and posting of two IAS and one JKAS officers in the interest of administration with immediate effect.

According to an order issued here, Mandeep Kaur, (IAS), awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, relieving Ms. Sushma Chauhan (IAS), Administrative Secretary, Higher Education Department of the additional charge of the post.

Vijay Kumar Bidhuri (IAS), awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Revenue Department, relieving Shaleen Kabra (IAS), Principal Secretary to the Government, Home Department of the additional charge of the post.

According to a separate order, Mehmood Ahmad Shah (JKAS), Director, Handloom and Handicrafts, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Director, Industries and Commerce, Kashmir, with immediate effect, relieving Ms. Tazayun Mukhtar, JKAS, Joint Director, Industries and Commerce (S&M), Kashmir of the additional charge of the post. “He shall also hold the charge of the posts of Director, Handloom & Handicrafts, Kashmir, Executive Director, J8K Entrepreneurship Development Institute and Director, J&K EDI, in addition to his own duties, till further orders,” the order added.
