Accident at Digdole, 02 children injured, 02 dead

Srinagar: Two persons lost their life while two children were injured in a trajic accident at Digdole in Jammu division of the UT Jammu and Kashmir.

Officials told INS that an nformation was recieved through reliable sources to PS Ramban that one light moter vehicle while coming from Jammu to Srinagar had met with an accident at Digdole and got off road skidding deep into the Nallah. The rescue team comprising of QRT, SDRF, District police and Army immediately started search and rescue operations.

 

The driver of the ill fated vehicle is identified as Imtiyaz Ahmed Qadri S/O Ghulam Rasool age 40 yrs R/O Batpura Khanabal Anantnag who was found dead along with and one unknown girl on the spot. Two children namely Mohsin Ahmed age 05 yrs s/o Imtiyaz Qadri r/o Anantnag and Anayat Ahmed S/O Mohd Iqbal Qadri r/o Anantnag age 10 years got Seriously injured and has been shifted to DH Ramban for treatment.
