Srinagar, July 18: A top Lashker-e-Toiba militant commander Ishfaq Dar alias Abu Akram who was active since 2017 was among two militants killed in Shopian, IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar said on Sunday.
“Congratulations to Police & SFs,” he said as per a police tweet. The identity of another militant was not revealed so far.
The gunfight had taken place Check Sadiq Khan area of Shopian, the police said.
