J&K Premier League: Kashmir Harvard Zoonimar CC, SSCC Bemina Emerge Winners

Srinagar, July 15: In the ongoing Jammu and Kashmir Premier League, two matches were played on Thursday.
The first match was played between SSCC Bemina Vs Elegant Strikers. SSCC Bemina opted to bat first and posted a total of 179 runs in alloted 20 overs. Fazil Rashid (31 of 23 balls), Imtiaz Dar (32 of 24 balls) were among the top scorers for SSCC Bemina. For Elegant Strikers Basit Bhat claimed 3 wickets.
In reply Elegant Strikers scored 137 runs only for the loss of 10 wickets. For Elegant Strikers Afan Wani scored 33 of 33 balls. For SSCC Bemina Abrar Bhat claimed 3 wickets. Faisal Mir for his outstanding allround performance was adjudged as Man of the Match.
The second game was played between Kanwal LBSCC and Kashmir Harvard Zoonimar CC. Kashmir Harvard Zoonimar CC won the toss and elected to bat first. They managed to put a total of 152 runs. Manzoor Dar (51 of 36 balls), Sabit Khan (30 of 29 balls) were among top run scorers for their team. For Kanwal LBSCC Samiullah Beigh took 3 wickets and conceded 23 runs only. In reply Kanwal LBSCC middle order collapsed and failed to chase the target. Javid Mir (46 of 28) was the highest run scorer for his team. Usaid Firdous claimed 4 wickets for his team whereas Amir Afzal claimed 3 wickets. Manzoor Dar for his outstanding allround performance was given Man of the Match.
