Govt Forms Team Of Officers To Check Employees Attendance, Adherence To Covid-19 Appropriate Behavior In Civil Secretariat Jammu, Srinagar

Srinagar, July 14: Government on Wednesday constituted two separate teams of officers for monitoring adherence to COVID appropriate behavior as well as the attendance of employees working in various Department of Civil Secretariat, Jammu and Srinagar.

The team of officers to monitor the attendance in Jammu secretariat includes Dr. Mohammad Usman Khan, Deputy Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department and Mohit Raina, Under Secretary to the Government, GAD.

Similarly the team for Srinagar comprises Reyaz Ahmad Wani, Deputy Secretary, and Riyaz-ul-Haq, Under Secretary to the Government, GAD.

“The team shall conduct random surprise checks of all departments and report un-authorized absence of employees to the General Administration Department for appropriate disciplinary action,” reads the order.

Similar the teams of officers for monitoring adherence to COVID appropriate behavior especially wearing of face masks and observing social distancing norms within the premises of Civil Secretariat, Jammu and Srinagar have been also asked to conduct random surprise checks of all departments and report employees resorting to inappropriate Covid behavior to the GAD for appropriate disciplinary action.

The Team for Civil Secretariat, Jammu includes Girdhari Lal, Deputy Secretary to the Government, GAD and Rameshwar Kumar, Under Secretary to the Government, GAD.

Team for Civil Secretariat, Srinagar comprises Malik Suhail, Deputy Secretary to the Government, GAD  and Shuaib Mohammad Naikoo, Under Secretary to the Government, GAD.
