Demise of Mohammad Rafiq, Dir FH & ME, personal loss to Team INS, condole demise

Srinagar: The team of INS has been deeply disturbed and is in deep sorrow at the demise of Director Finance Health and Medical Education Department, Mohammad Rafiq.

Mr Rafiq had been a great support to the INS. He was an unwavering man with great courage and a human heart. His support to The INS has been immense, always standing by us and pushing us to do great ahead.

To the whole team of The INS, it is a personal loss. We stand in solidarity with the family of Mr Rafiq. Whole team of The INS stands shoulder to shoulder in this time of immense grief and loss. May almighty elevate his stations in paradise and may he rest in peace.

He had suffered a stroke earlier this week and was flown to All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi where he died, they said.

“Sad to announce the demise of Director Finance H&ME Department (Mohammad) Rafiq at AIIMS where he was flown after suffering a stroke,” DIPR said a tweet.
