Jammu: The Border Security Force has foiled drugs smuggling bid along the International border near Pansar in Hiranagar sector of Kathua district. One smuggler was killed in the operation.
According to reports a smuggler was killed and 27 packets of Heroine were recovered.
Sarches in the area were going on, reports said.
