Advisor Baseer Khan meets deputations, individuals

SRINAGAR, JUNE 15: Several deputations and individuals today called on Advisor to Lieutenant Governor, Baseer Ahmad Khan at Civil Secretariat here and apprised him of their grievances and demands.
A delegation of Jammu Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute Employees Welfare Association (JKEDIEWA) called on the Advisor and raised several issues related to the functioning of the Institute and other issues.
A delegation of J K Cements Limited also called on Advisor and projected their demands regrading service matters.
A delegation of employees from Rural development department apprised the Advisor about the various issues being faced by them and sought their immediate redressal.
Similarly another delegation raised various issues of public importance in their locality and sought the intervention of the Advisor in this regard. Likewise several individuals also called on Advisor and raised their individual matters regarding various issues.
Advisor gave a patient hearing to all the delegations and individuals and assured an early redressal of their genuine demands and issues. He said that the issues projected by them would be taken up with the concerned departments for immediate redressal.
Advisor also passed on spot directions for redressal of various grievances.
