Srinagar, April 14: A 25-year-old youth was killed when lightning struck him inside his house in Ashmuqam area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday, officials said.
A police official said that at about 18:30 hours, lighting struck at the residential house of one Mohammad Shafi Wani at Thokerpora Siligam in Ashmuqam, resulting in on the spot death of his young son, Junaid Shafi Wani (25).
