24 travelers among 81 covid-19 cases, no death reported in J&K

Srinagar, Feb 19: Twenty-four travellers were among 81 new covid-19 cases reported even as there was no death due to the virus in the last 24 hours, officials said on Friday.
Among the fresh cases, 22 were from Jammu Division and 59 from Kashmir Valley, taking the total case tally to 125715, the officials said.
Providing district-wise details, they said Srinagar reported 31 cases, Baramulla 1, Budgam 5, Pulwama 13, Kupwara 0, Anantnag 0, Bandipora 1, Ganderbal 2, Kulgam 3, Shopian 3, Jammu 12, Udhampur 10, Rajouri 0, Doda 0, Kathua 0, Samba 0, Kishtwar 0, Poonch 0, Ramban 0 and Reasi 0.
Moreover, they said, 67 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals—16 from Jammu and 51 from Kashmir Valley.
So far 123059 people have recovered— 50947 in Jammu and 72112in the valley. Also, 1954 people have died—725 in Valley and 1229 in Kashmir. There are 702 active cases, 152 in Jammu and 550 in the Valley, they added.
