Srinagar, Jan 9: Senior officers of administration including Executive Engineer R&B Reyaz Ahmad Parray and Executive Office MC Qazigund Abdul Ahad Mir oversaw snow clearance operation during the night in Qazigiund.
Qazigund, the gateway town of Kashmir, received fresh snowfall of 9.6 cms of fresh snowfall during the morning till 0830 hours.
Talking to INS, the people hailed the efforts of the administration in clearing the snow at the main market. They also urged the administration to clear the snow from those parts also which remain clogged up with snow.
