New political order in J&K has no place for violence, corruption and anarchy: BJP

Srinagar: BJP senior leader & Party Spokesperson Dr Darakhshan Andrabi addressed a public gathering at Dreygam (Arampora) in Parnewa block of Khansahib Assembly constituency. After the DDC elections, this was the first public rally of BJP in Kashmir. Earlier Dr Andrabi had a meeting with Panchayat members and local senior citizens and listened to their issues and problems. Later she addressed a public rally which was also attended by the local public representatives. She was accorded a warm welcome by the people. This is pertinent to mention here that Dr Andrabi had undertaken consistent political activities in Khansahib constituency many years back. Today addressing the gathering she said, “I am happy to meet people of this area again after a few years and thank the locals of the constituency for their love and affection. I see the trust of people in Modi Ji’s political approach for J&K and we will don’t disappoint the people”. Dr Darakhshan Andrabi said that provocative and divisive statements of NC & PDP leadership reflect their desperation as they are now facing charges of loot, mismanagement and corruption. “They now issue threats of breach in the peaceful atmosphere in J&K and also invoke religious sentiments of people for their protection. But whatever they do, they will have to face the law for their sins and misuse of power for long,” said Dr Darakhshan.  Dr Andrabi said that the historical decisions for J&K have been taken by the government and the result of these public welfare decisions will transform the lives of common people within some months. She said that DDC elections have altogether changed the definition of democracy at ground level in J&K. The government has devised a roadmap of transforming lives of common people through the decisions and schemes that are being implemented in J&K within a year. We will have a total revamp of the electric-transmission system which will save us from acute power shortages and cuts during hours of need. We will have a new industrial policy within a few months and will be able to create hundred percent employment for youth within J&K within four years.
