Srinagar, Nov 13: The government has transferred and posted Arun Kumar Manhas (KAS), Project Director Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan, as Deputy Commissioner, Kishtwar. As per an order issued on the directions of the Lieutenant Governor, the government also transferred and posted Rajinder Singh Tara (KAS), Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar as Director, Command Area Development, Jammu, relieving Ms. Smita Sethi (KAS), Director, Social Welfare, Jammu of the additional charge of the post.
