BJP Worker’s PSO Injured In Militant Attack In Ganderbal Succumbs: Police

Srinagar, Oct 6: The PSO of a BJP worker who was critically injured in a militant attack at Nunar Ganderbal on Tuesday evening has succumbed to the injuries, officials said. A police officer said that the PSO identified as constable Altaf Hussain was shifted in critical condition to SKIMS Soura. However, he succumbed to injuries.   Earlier an unidentified militant was killed after he “attacked house of a  BJP worker” at Nunar Ganderbal in central Kashmir.  “The (militant) fired upon one BJP worker at Nunar  Ganderbal. He is safe,” police said in a tweet, “However his one PSO was injured in this incident. One unidentified militant got killed in PSOs retaliation,” police said in a tweet.
