85 travelers among 786 new covid-19 cases in J&K, total 37163

Srinagar, August 30: 85 travelers were among 786 new novel coronavirus cases, taking the overall tally in Jammu and Kashmir past 37000.
Official sources said that among them, 354 cases were reported from Jammu Division and 432 from Kashmir Valley, taking the total tally in J&K to 37163.
Giving the district wise breakup of the cases, they said, Srinagar reported 161, Baramulla 26, Pulwama 25, Budgam 52, Anantnag 38, Bandipora 37, Kupwara 30, Kulgam 11, Shopian 8, Ganderbal 44, Jammu 258, Rajouri 6, Kathua 18, Udhampur 9, Samba 7, Doda 5, Poonch 6, Reasi 18 and Kishtwar 27.
Meanwhile, 490 more Covid-19 patients recovered and were discharged from various hospitals—108 from Jammu Division and 382 from Kashmir Valley, they added.
