60 travelers among 590 New Covid-19 cases in J&K, tally reaches 22006

Srinagar, August 3: Jammu and Kashmir on Monday reported 590 covid-19 cases including 60 travelers, taking the overall tally past 22000 mark in J&K.
Official sources said that among them 157 were from Jammu and 433 from Kashmir Valley.
Giving the district-wise breakup, the sources said that Srinagar reported 180 cases, Baramulla 23, Pulwama 14, Kulgam 11, Shopian 6, Anantnag 35, Budgam 39, Kupwara 33, Bandipora 36 and Ganderbal 56.
Regarding Jammu division, they said, Jammu reported 72 cases, Rajouri 11, Ramban 24, Kathua 12,
Udhampur 14, Samba 8, Doda 1, Reasi 7, and Kishtwar 8.
In Kashmir, Srinagar tops the list with 5333 cases followed by Baramulla with 1954 , Pulwama 1614, Kulgam 1523, Shopian 1474, Anantnag 1374, Kupwara 1141, Budgam 1336, Bandipora 815, and Ganderbal 490.
In Jammu division, Jammu district has 1259 cases, Rajouri 720, Ramban 574 , Kathua 547, Udhampur 555, Samba 446, Doda 292, Poonch 234, Reasi 170 and Kishtwar 155. With the new cases, the tally overall has risen to 22006—17054 in Kashmir and 4952 in Jammu.
Meanwhile, 905 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and were discharged from various hospitals—160 from Jammu Division and 558 745 from Kashmir Division.
