Pulwama, July 5: A paramilitary CRPF trooper was injured in “low intensity” improvised explosive device explosion, suspected to be triggered by militants, in Pulwama district of south Kashmir district on Sunday.
Officials said that the explosion took place near Peaks Automobiles in Gongoo area of the district.
“A low intensity IED blast occurred at Pulwama. One CRPF personnel suffered injuries in his hands and is stable,” a police official said. “The senior officers are on the spot. Further details shall follow.”
