JAMMU, JUNE 04: Jammu and Kashmir Government today appointed Secretary, Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, holding additional charge of Hospitality & Protocol, Estates and Civil Aviation Departments, Mr. M. Raju, as Nodal Officer for coordinating the arrangements for foreign returnees with Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) and Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA), Government of India.
