Srinagar: Authorities have snapped 2G internet mobile services across the Kashmir Valley in wake of the encounter at Beigpora Awantipora, the home town of Hizb-ul-Mujahideen operational chief commander Riyaz Naikoo
IGP Kashmir Zone is the authorized officer under the Temporary Suspension of Telecom Services (Public Emergency or Public Safety) Rules 2017.
