Srinagar: Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Dr Shahid Iqbal Choudhary on Wednesday asked people not to make “fatal mockery” of administration’s efforts for the safety of the people, claiming that covid-19 cases confirmed in last two days in the capital city could have been avoided.
“Each Covid+ve case confirmed in Srinagar today & yesterday could’ve been avoided. Most traced to single illegal travel. Please don’t make fatal mockery of our efforts for your safety,” he said in a tweet.
