Shopian: No body has been recovered from the gunfight site in Baderhama Zawoora area of Shopian district where gunfight between militants and government forces erupted on Wednesday evening.

According to official sources the searches in the area have been intensified to trace the hiding militants.

Exchange of fire erupted almost 19 hours back but no body has been recovered so far, an official said, adding that they have extended the perimeter of cordon in the area.

Internet services remain suspended in the district.
