NIA raids homes of LoC businessman in Baramulla

Baramulla: National Investigations Agency (NIA) on Sunday carried out raids at the residences of four Baramulla businessmen who were dealing with LoC in connection with funding case.
Reports said that the NIA team accompanied by police and paramilitary CRPF arrived at morning on Sunday and conducted searches at the houses belonging to businessmen— Tanveer Ahmad, Asif Lone, Tariq Ahmed and Bilal Bhat. This was third raid in last three days in district Baramulla.
Earlier also NIA carried raids in parts of Kashmir in connection with the funding case registered by the probe agency at the behest of the government of India. So far many Hurriyat Conference leaders besides some business men have been arrested by the NIA and most of them are lodged in Tihar Jail in New Delhi.
