Taliban attack kills 3 Afghan police officers, Headquarter partially destroyed

Kabul: Three police officers have been killed in a Taliban suicide attack in eastern Gazni Province’s Ab Band district. 12 Policemen are injured in the attack as well.

According to reports quoting Ahmad Khan Serat, said that the Taliban used a stolen military Humvee in the attack, which partially destroyed the headquarters.

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid claimed responsibility for the bombing.

Earlier on Thursday, in Ghazni province in the district of Khogyani, Taliban killed the district police chief and three other officers.
