LOC in Mendhar sector rattles with gunfire, shelling

Jammu: India and Pakistan armies traded gunfire along line of control in in Mendhar Sector of District Poonch in the Jammu division of J&K state on Saturday.

Officials said that at about 0900 hours, Pakistan initiated Unprovoked Cease Fire Violation with firing of Small Arms & shelling with Mortars.

“Indian Army retaliating beffitingly,” official added.
