Pulwama: District authorities crack whip on encroachment on state land

TRAL: Sub divisional authorities on Thursday conducted an anti-encroachment drive at Gulbagh area of Wanibathoo village in South Kashmir’s Tral.
Officials told INS that during the massive drive encroached state land were freed from all the encroachments.
“Besides that, illegal structures constructed along the bank of water stream in the village were also demolished,” they said.
The drive was launched by a team of officials headed by ADC Tral S.A. Raina in presence of Tehsildar Gh Rasool and SHO Tral Gulzar Ahmad.
ADC Tral, S.A. Raina has said that some inconsiderate people had encroached the state land in Wanibatoo village of Tral, which has been taken back today during a demolition drive.
He said that such drives will remain continue in Tral areas to make Tral free from such encroahments.
