Anantnag: Staff crunch hits PHC Adlash Magam, fails to realise plan of serving almost 25k souls

Anantnag: The Primary Health center in Adlash Magam Tehsil Salar in south Kashmir’s Anantnag District are lacks Gynecologist, doctors, shortage of staff members and ambulance services irking residents.
The hospital is about 40 kms away from main town Anantnag with a total staff of 11 employees.
Established in September 2015 inaugurated by Chaudhary Lal Singh the then  Minister for Health and Medical education the hospital is even not walles.
Recently a video clip went viral on social media platforms showing sheep and  horses  grazing in its courtyard.
“The victims of this callous approach  are mostly the pregnant women who remain miserably unattended during the crucial pre and post delivery time in the hilly and far-flung areas,” an official told to INS.
Due to the lack of basic facilities, the health centre has failed to cater a huge depending population of around 25 adjoining village areas, residents claim.
Meanwhile talking to INS CMO Anantnag Dr Mukhtar Ahmad said:  I will look into the matter and all the facilities including staff members will be provide in Hospital.
