DIG CKR reviews security arrangements for Mela Khir Bhawani

Ganderbal: DIG CKR V.K Birdi on Friday  visited spots of ” KHEERBHAWANI temple” and reviewed the security arrangements for participating devotees in forth coming “Mela Kheerbhawani”.

SSP Ganderbal Khalil Ahmad Poswal briefed that for the safety and security of devotees around 11 coys of CAPF in addition to the District Police have been deployed as Escorts, frisk, camp security, traffic management and ROP on the routes approaching Holy temple.

DIG CKR interacted with the temple authorities and exchanged greetings. DIG CKR while extending greetings to devotees and prayed for overall progress, development of the state.

Other officers who were present during briefing included, ASP Ganderbal Fayaz Hussain, DySP HQ Ganderbal Fahad Tak, DySP DAR Ganderbal Dr Abdul Majid, and concerned SHO’s.
