General Council meet of LAHDC Kargil Tomorrow

Kargil: The General Council meeting of Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Council (LAHDC), Kargil will be held on June 13 wherein Annual District Plan for the Kargil District for the year 2019-2020 shall be discussed and finalized.
The decision to this effect was taken in a meeting of the Executive Council of the LAHDC, Kargil held under the chairmanship of the Chairman and Chief Executive Councillor Feroz Ahmed Khan at Council Secretariat here on Saturday.
Executive Councillor for Social Welfare Aga Syed Mujtaba Mosavi, Executive Councillor for Tourism Er Punchoq Tashi, Executive Councillor for Works Aga Syed Abbass Razvi, Executive Councilor for Health Muhammad Ali Chandan, Deputy Commissioner and CEO, LAHDC, Kargil Baseer ul Haq Choudhary and Chief Planning Officer Tashi Tundup were also present in the meeting.
The meeting discussed in detail various aspects of the preparation of the General Council meeting.
The meeting decided that from this year onwards, all the Councilors of the LAHDC, Kargil will be asked to frame and send five questions to the Deputy Commissioner’s office by or before June 8, 2019 to be replied by the concerned Executive Councilors.
It was further decided that the DC office and all other offices shall remain open to collect the questions and prepare the replies on all holidays except Eid-ul-Fitr.
