Ganderbal: The Subscribers of BSNL in Lar village of Ganderbal are irritated over the poor services of the telecom company and irked over the the callous attitude of the officials who they accuse of ‘fleecing customers in the name of quality service’.
The locals said that they are facing tremendous hardships due to the poor network of BSNL from last 20 days.
“We have not been able to use mobile phones from last 20 days, almost a month and repeated requests to the BSNL officials have gone unheard. If this attitude persists we will take harsh steps towards such callous officials and responsiblity of which will be on BSNL itself,” they said.
They said that BSNL has been fleecing money from customers in the name of quality services however fails to support its customer base.
The villagers have urged district authorities to intervene in the matter and resolve the issue before it takes an ugly turn.
