Srinagar: Governor Satya Pal Malik, Chancellor of the University of Kashmir, has congratulated Prof. Talat Ahmad, Vice-Chancellor of the University, his colleagues, staff and students for being awarded A+ Accreditation by peer National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) Team.
