Jammu:  Sushil Kumar, A KAS officer, was found hanging at his residence at Ansal Flat in Sainik Colony in Jammu, officials said on Tuesday.

The preliminary investigations suggest suicide but confirmation would be made only after investigation, launched into it, are over. A police official said that a case has been registered and investigations take up.
