Srinagar: Hurriyat patriarch Syed Ali Geelani on Saturday was admitted again in Sher e Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences Soura.

Sources close to Geelani said that he has been admitted in the hospital as he has to ‘change the battery of his pacemaker’.

“Doctors are conducting necessary investigations and will accordingly proceed with the procedure,” they said.

Geelani few days back was admitted in the hospital following abdominal pain.
