65-year-old Sopore woman killed in hit-and-run

Sopore: An elderly woman was run over by a speeding truck at Model Town Bypass in north Kashmir’s Sopore town on Friday.
Reports said that while woman namely Noora Begum of Model town Sopore died on the spot, the speeding truck escaped from the spot.
Meanwhile, police said it has taken cognizance and launched investigations.
