Advisor Kumar visits District Hospital Anantnag, sanctions MRI machine

Anantnag: Advisor K Vijay Kumar on Thursday visited District Hospital Anantnag to review the health facilities available in the Hospital which is associated Hospital with Dialgam Medical college.
Principal GMC Dialgam Dr Showkat Geelani, Medical Superintendent District Hospital Anantnag Dr Majid Mehrab and other concerned officers were present on the occasion.
During the visit, the Advisor sanctioned MRI machine for hospital and urged administration to upgrade and expansion of emergency service in hospital. Kumar also passed directions to JKPCC to complete the work done of incomplete buildings in hospital and asked the concerned officers to expedite the works in a planned manner to complete the building and other infrastructure within the given timeline.
Advisor directed the hospital authorities to ensure that every person visiting these hospitals must be provided with best medical treatment and other related facilities.
He also discussed various other important issues related to the development of the hospital and up-gradation of the existing health facilities with the hospital management.
