Baramulla: Relatives of Pattan driver whose body was found after he went missing protested near Police station Pattan demanding culprits be brought book.

Jan Mohmmad Bhat Son of Assadullah bhat from Mamoosa village of Kunzer had gone missing on 22 March and his body  was found in Singhpora Nallah after couple of days.

Protesters blocked Srinagar-Baramulla highway for several hours leading to traffic jam.

The protesters accused police of callous approach in the case and said accused should have been trace by the police by now.

“Police is not taking an any action against accused,” they said.

SSP Baramulla Abdul Qayoom told INS that three persons have been arrested in the case and investigation is going on.
