Bijbehara residents protest against alleged Army’s high-handedness, block highway

Anantnag:- The locals of Bijbhera area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Thursday against the alleged highhandedness of Army in the area.

The protesting residents blocked highway near Bijbehara accusing Army men of  trashing some locals in area.

Residents raised pro Independence and anti India slogans while they confronted the Army.

They accused Army of highhandedness.

Talking to INS a police official said that a forces party has reached the spot.

“We are ascertaining the facts,” they said.
