Tral: The students of Government degree college Tral urged authorities to amke functional the newly constructed science building.

A delegation of students told INS that lack of space in Government Degree College Tral causes problems to students of all the streams including Arts, Science & Commerce.

The students said that new science building for medical students was constructed within college premises two years back but it was yet to be made functional due to the reasons better known to college authorities.

“As the college authorities failed to make operational the science building, all the streams are being taught in the main building which has only 16 rooms to cater the students.”

The aggrieved students said that new subjects including Bio-chemistry were given to the college few few years back but concerned authorities don’t allow the aspiring students to opt for those subjects.”

Principal of the college Abdul Majeed refused to talk to media as regards grievances of the students.
