Traffic cop crushed to death in Surankote, truck seized, driver escapes

Jammu : A traffic cop was killed on duty after a truck crushed him to death at Jogi Morth Surankote on Friday.

According to police officials the mishap took place while a traffic Naka was in place.

The truck with registration number  JK02BK 5685  was involved in the case. While the truck has been seized, the driver has escaped from the spot of incident.

The cop has been identified as Aftab Parvez resident of Poonch.
