Srinagar: The authorities have decided to allow only stranded traffic on Srinagar-Jammu highway, the only surface linking connecting Valley with the rest of the world, on Tuesday.
“Only stranded vehicles shall be allowed from Srinagar towards Jammu,” a traffic department official said.
