Budgam: Suspected militants kidnapped an army soldier of JAKLI unit from his residence at Qazipora village of Chadoora in this central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Friday evening.

While sources confirmed abduction of the soldier Mohammad Yaseen,a police official told the INS that a police team has been rushed to the spot to “ascertain the details.”

Repeated attempts to contact SP Budgam Ashok Amod Nagpure did not fructify.
