Anantnag:Former Principal and District Sessions Judge Anantnag and Jammu and Kashmir National Conference leader Syed Tawqir Ahmad applauded the coordination of Khalsa Aid charity for providing over 12 Vehicles to Kashmiri students for their safe return from Dehradun comprising near about 250 Kashmiri Students.

Talking to the INS Tawqir thanked Khalsa Aid team for ‘their love and care for Kashmir students’ and said that they ‘will never forget their kindness’.

Meanwhile for the past couple of days, Kashmiri students living outside the state are at the receiving end of the backlash of the deadly attack in Pulwama, which killed over 40 CRPF personnel.

“Across many cities, they have faced threats and harassment forcing many to flee or have gone incommunicado. In the past several days, many Kashmiri students from across India have left their colleges and are heading home in the fear of attacks,” he said.

He said that International Sikh Charity Khalsa Aid is coordinating with them to bring Kashmiri students home.

“The charity had provided accommodation, shelter, food and every possible support to Kashmiri students,” he said.
