Srinagar: Tehreek-ul-Mujahideen, one of the constituents of United Jehad Council, an amalgam of various militant outfits, on Friday paid tributes to Adil Ahmad Dar, the JeM affiliate who purportedly carried out the deadliest attack on government forces that claimed 49 CRPF personnel at Lethpora in Pulwama district yesterday.

“Adil Ahmad Dar has brought the message of people of Kashmir. The state terrorism and policy of genocide of kashmiris has brought the region on the brink of nuclear war,” a spokesman of the JeM said in an emailed statement issued here.

“Indian stubbornness and rigidness forced people of Kashmir to take gun because people of Kashmir tried to find ways through talks for 43 years but India instead of demilitarization continued to increase military presence. India turned Kashmir into slaughterhouse and it wants that its bombardment is responded with flowers by Kashmiris,” the spokesman said. He also condemned attack on Muslims in India and “Jammu” and warned if they were not provided security.
