Pulwama: Soon after the news about the fidayeen attack by a local Jaish e Mohammad militant in Lethpora area of Awantipora in Pulwama spread, Kakapora observed complete shutdown with youth clashing with forces.
Eyewitnesses said that, youth clashed with forces at main Kakapora chowk.
The militant according to media reports is from Gandibagh.
Large number of vehicles are stranded on Srinagar Jammu highway from Pampore to Awantipora as large number of forces personnel have been deployed in nook and corner.
Locals said that people from adjoining villages of Kakapora Pulwama were marching towards Gaendbagh area amid pro freedom and pro militant slogans.
